Factoring Receivables - The Advantages

'Factoring' refers to a monetary transaction where a business firm trades its accounts receivables, i.e., invoices, to a third party, that is usually called a 'factor'. The third party buys the receivables with liquid money. This path a business gets ready money to finance itself.
