Today's Driving Environment - It's Crazy!
You don't have to be a genius to realize that nearly anyone can get a driver license today. Haven't you seen some idiot on the road zip by you going 35 mph OVER the celerity limit, jump into another lane and then stop on the shoulder of the freeway so he can back up and get to the exit ramp he missed?
