Why Do We Need Motor Car Registration Numbers?

The Motor Automobile Act 1903 came into energy on January 1st 1904 requiring that all vehicles entered an official vehicle register. This act of code has immediately been ongoing for over one hundred years, for the safety of drivers, passengers and pedestrians alike.
