Financial Action Task Force Adopts Revisions to 40 Recommendations
On February 15, 2012, the Financial Action Task Energy (FATF) adopted extensive revisions to its 40 Recommendations on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism. The approval culminates an extensive review action that started in June of 2009 and paves the path for a fresh 4th round of mutual evaluations to commence in 2013.
