When flooding happens it can be sudden and capture human beings by surprise, leaving them confused over what maybe the best direction of action to capture. Naturally, human beings tend to reckon of their house first, and may dismiss any thoughts of their automobile, however considering cars are usually a person's second most expensive asset, after their house, this may be ill-advised.
