A Brief History of Audi
In 1899 a gentleman named August Hoch founded a corporation called Horch & Co. In 1901 he invented his first vehicle with the aid of 15 workers. By 1909 August left this corporation since of major problems on the commercial management side of things. Mr Hoch then founded a fresh corporation called Audi; the designation was derived from the Latin translation of the term Hoch. More information: read
