The Onslaught of Downgrades of Government Debt and Those Tied to It
Okay so, Average & Poor's has lowered the federal administration's credit rating, and the credit rating on US treasuries. Indeed, the market has responded, and it seems that the investor doesn't attention that these securities are no longer Triple-A, immediately AA plus, since everyone encircling the earth is continuing to acquire them.
