How Dangerous Is Texting While Driving
Texing while driving is illegal in the UK, and could saddle you with a fine of ?60 and three points on your licence. If using your telephone is causing you to propel dangerously and you are caught, the fine increases to ?2,500 and you could face 'perilous driving' charges and be sentenced to two years in prison.
