Allowing Learner Drivers on Motorways to Improve Road Accidents Statistics: Good Idea?
The majority of drivers can remember the first age that they were exposed to 70 Mph motorway traffic; nervous, excited, and to some degree; frightened, are the emotions that most of us felt, as we hurtled down a slip road into the unknown.
